  3. Now, Filter > Render > Clouds.
  4. Now, Filter > Distort > Wave:

  5. Now, Image > Adjust > Hue/Satuartion; choose whatever color you want.
  6. Now make a new layer. Then, Filter > Render > Clouds.
  7. Now, Filter > Stylize > Emboss: Angel = 135, Hieght = 10, Amount = 170.
  8. Now, Image > Adjust > Brightness/contrast: Brightness = -35, Contrast = 0.
  9. Now, Filter > Distort > Wave:
