- Width: 400.
- Height: 400.

Now for the colors choose these colors:
- Foreground: #5F627E.
- Background: white.
- Now Filter > Distort > Twirl: at least 20.
- Now Filter > Distort > ZigZag: till it looks like it's rippling.
- Now Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast: till it has a good light reflection.
- Now Filter > Distort > ZigZag.
